Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the system for illegal activities, transmitting malware, or attempting to breach our security.
Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the system.
Intellectual Property
Our Content: The software, design, and code of the Lomerados System are the exclusive property of Lomerados.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any data you upload, but you grant us a license to host and process that data for the purposes of providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
Lomerados System is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the system.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
